Bank or EMI with direct iban in dollars for UK LTD

Thanks for your advice! Just talked to them.
They give a direct IBAN in dollars - but there are significant limitations.
They open two types of accounts.
International Collections Account - for fundraising - but only when selling items online through the website.
International Payments Account - that's just the account with a direct IBAN in dollars - but you can only PAY from it. You CANNOT GET MONEY from anyone to this account. Thus, of course, the IBAN loses its meaning.
I talked to them - they give a direct iban in dollars. There is no payment collection system or anything like that. They accept English︀ companies with foreign owners from CIS countries. We will try to open with them. Thanks︁ again for the advice!
