Bank of Georgia - 0.2% fee for sending and receiving transfers?!

Can anybody who has an account with Bank of Georgia confirm that they change 0.2% for sending and receiving transfers?

Is this normal for Georgian banks?

I have a SOLO account and they never charged me for receiving EURO. Sending fees depend on the amount. At some point they switch the fixed transfer fee to %.
