Does anyone know a bank or broker that allow non-resident New Mexico LLCs?

I know of mercury.com etc, but too many people that got scammed by them.

I wonder if IBKR allows a non-resident LLC?

Airwallex, Wise, Zen, Verifo, Relay, Levro plus many large and small bricks and mortar banks‌ in the US if you go and visit in person.

And nobody got scammed by‍ Mercury, they just introduced somewhat stricter requirements to have suppliers/clients in the US.

Yes, I think IBKR accepts non resident US LLCs.

Hi Daniels,

Would I need to visit the USA‍ for WF to entertain opening an account? am still looking at my options between LLC and Inc, property management, ownership and constructions would be the activities.

Yes, you need to travel personally. For a one-per-house setup they may be able to‌ open further accounts without personal visit, better ask. Also, you may want to use one‍ LLC per house and then an additional company for the management (rent, bill payments, etc.).

Not sure about NM requirements, and every banks requirements in details, but if your name‌ is not on the certificate of formation then it get's harder.
