Just looking for bank account outside ZDA, Russia and EU. Is this the right decision?

Pacific Private seriously takes US citizens with a minimum of 1000 EUR? What all⁠ do they require to open an account? Do they lose correspondence frequently and other issues⁤ like that like Belize etc?

I actually didn't know but Pacific⁠ Private was acquired by Bankera in 2018 I think? So Gediminas probably has a close⁤ relationship with them if you need to open an account.
