Bank account opening question personal or corp?

Do you think it's needed to get a bank account to have a company or is a personal account fine?

I'm considering to just go for a personal account to avoid all the documents that the agent's are asking for.. I contact 5 different agents they all requested the same documents and they all are asking for lot's of information. I wonder if it all get's simpler to be a personal account?

You can open personal account but you have no protection in privacy matters!

It's better to register a company for the bank account opening it's not advisable to open personal offshore accounts for many reasons actually.

Why isn't it advisable to open a personal offshore account, I'm curious and want to learn what is wrong with that.
