Bank account in Georgia

Hello could⁤ I open bank account in Georgian bank,(iam from balkan country)without opening company there?

You want to read the thread and have a search‍ on the forum! Several people here reported that you can simply go there in person⁠ and open a personal account as an foreigner.

Only for initial account opening the phone number must be Georgian.
Later on you can change it to an international one.

Maybe others. BoG‌ have a hard-set +995 prefix which cannot be modified

That is NOT true.
I am using my own phone prefix from EU‌ country.
I am getting SMS notifications properly for every card transaction
