Bank account in Europe (Funds from USA)

Hello Team!

After a few years of beginner tactics, I'd like to explain my situation and ask for your help.
Here's the situation:
I get paid between $5,000 and $10,000 USD per month from several US-based companies.
I live in Lithuania and would like to remain anonymous while enjoying my life.
Let's skip Wise and other popular "banks" like N26.

My question:
Which EMI banks or similar services can I use to:

• Have a debit card,
• Withdraw money (even $3,000 per month),
• Receive payments easily from US companies (ideally with US bank details),
• Manage all of this without triggering notifications to local authorities (regarding taxes)?

What you're basically saying is you don't want to pay taxes? And you're asking us how to commit crimes? Move to a 0% tax jurisdiction if you don't want to do so.
