Bank account in Costa Rica

Hi,

I'm looking for contacts that can help me get a bank account in Costa Rica for a mobile application business.
I think i could use a personal or company account.
I would really prefer not having to go there to open it.
If it can help I've got a dormant Costa Rica company already setup.

You won't find any reliable Costa Rica bank as of now. I know @Martin Everson‌ mentioned some Russian and American that is going to open a bank there but it‍ seems to take some time.
