Bank account in Belize when raising money via ICO

So I know that companies that trade in crypto assets are having a hard time getting a bank account in Belize. But what about an entity that wants to raise money via a token sale and convert the incoming ETH & BTC to fiat currency and transfer that to a bank in Belize? The entity itself will not trade in cryptos and will be engaged in developing software. Anyone have insight into how easy or difficult it is to open a bank account in this case?

So far I have not seen a valid solution unless you go physical to Switzerland‌ with a lot of money in your pockets and find a agent that can help‍ you there with the entire setup.
