now that's an intersting one ... I'd know two (one I am in the process of opening an account) and can only say about them that they are not really quick. The other one has no real online banking yet, more of an email chat (costs $50 per bank transfer). The first has a minimum balance or 20k USD, the second 10 or 20k too (don't remember exactly). I met both in person in Malaysia. It's a tax thing 😉
Try ameriabank in Armenia. You can open online, they have mobile banking and and even brokerage via a Interactive Broker white label platform called Handy Trader.

Was gonna suggest Leopay as they have a specific focus to Estonia companies and are on Estonia E-residency recommendation list. However we all know whats happening with Leopay. It would be a brave call to use them. I have thrown in the towel with them as they have stopped responding to my email requests.
