Does Wise and Revolut accept Montenegro? you may check, they are good options.

You can't fully trust any bank these days. Diversification is key, you need at least five accounts across different EMIs and banks to stay secure.

The three mentioned here in this thread might work well for some people, but could be a terrible fit for others.
