Depends on location you plan on incorporating and what level of privacy you require.

Are you going the Foundation route, or just the straight Corp. route? Nominees are always good‌ to have, but I've heard people in the mentor group of this site (monthly subscription)‍ can assist quite a bit with setup for "full-privacy".

Looking at the very least of⁠ spending €3k if you go full privacy.
