I am currently running a few replica sites and need such services

Has anyone used such a solution?

I'm thinking you need a lot of paypal accounts to rotate them when you collect payments.

I'm also thinking a high rate of chargebacks could pose problems.


I am looking for a solution to cashing card payments that have a very high rate of chargebacks. What options do I have?
