wich is a good austrian bank for open investment account non resident?

In Austria in general it's not very easy to open non-resident accounts, even for EU‌ nationals. A couple of years ago it was possible to open such accounts in Erste‍ bank, but requirements and fees are much higher in comparison to normal accounts you get⁠ as a resident.
