Hi, if I have bank account in Australia for name "Will Smith" and someone makes me transfer also from Australian Bank, but as recipient name they will put "Gary Williams", then this payment will come to my account or it will be reverted ?

A mismatch in the beneficiary's name that alters the meaning/understanding of the name will most likely result in the transfer being sent back.
If it was a small typo, a letter missing - something that does not alter the name understanding/reading then it would be probably fine. Let say Will Smit instead of Will smith.
in your case, it's a completely different name. The transfer will bounce back to the sender's account.
