Hey,

Having an offshore business is a great way of tax avoidance but what about invoices?

When you register a Seychelles IBC they send you the address of the company and a company number. The don't send you a TAX ID or something like that (as far as I know).

So what would be the best way to ask for invoices if you don't have a TAX ID?

For example, when I go to the gas station, they ask me for my local TAX ID which has a unique format (B66666666). I am not sure how they can give me a correct invoice having a company in Seychelles.

How are you getting these invoices from places different than normal companies?

Thanks

Very simple, they can just put on the Seychelles company number if they require a‌ tax ID, usually if you do cross boarder transactions you don't need more than the‍ entire address of the company in the Seychelles and if they insist they can put on the company number just to have something to show the local tax office should⁤ it be necessary.

You can handle all of it like you want, there is no one who tell‌ you what you have to do and how you have to do it. If you‍ want to send an invoice on behalf of the company to someone else that has to pay it, do so! If someone is asking you for a tax payer ID⁤ give them the company registration number you find on your certificate! It's pretty simple and⁣ straight forward. All you have learned that is by law mandatory for a local company⁢ for instant in Europe you can forget about when we speak offshore companies!

You have any suggestions? I heard about nbill.co.uk which seems to be working great for people!

There are many using WHMC and other plugin billing solutions for their website so there‌ is accounting software you download and install on your computer.

I don't know! What I have seen this only works for hosting Companies if you‌ need some billing or subscription panel you may look into something like amember or so.‍

Yes, as far as I know that WHMCS only works for hosting companies. I think‌ OP's business is not related to hosting.

My friend in states had the same doubt as well. Now I can encourage him‌ to go offshore. However this was new the problem in Asia.

So is there a good way to ask for an invoice or to get allowed‌ to send an invoice to someone that has bought something from you?. NO send the‍ invoice and get the money into your bank account asap.

How come you would ask for Invoices and not just a direct payment to your‌ bank account?

Yeah, most think the way of an offshore‍ company the same as they are used to with their local company. You have a total different set of rules to play with when you operate within the frames of⁤ an offshore company. No invoice will be required unless your customer is asking for it.⁣

if your in a 0% tax where theres no annual tax reporting... why would you‌ issue invoices...... is that the correct logic starfang?

Sadly they stoped but it seems there is someone‍ that takes over.
