Unfortunately, it is not as easy anymore as it once was. Anonymity is a thing of the past when we talk about EU companies unless you want to use "darks" (read more in Mentor Group Gold forums) At one point, just insert nominee's e.g. in Cyprus and you could use a company as a director of a UK company, thus you could hide the real owner of the company, it can no longer be done.
Best protection is still Seychelles companies and of course New Mexico, Delaware and Wyoming but you need to search the forum to learn about them.
