Hi thanks for replying, I was wondering if it is possible for the IRS to request an audit after filing I-407 and the 8854.
Btw, is there a risk in requesting a transcript to the IRS?
I was wondering if just checking it could eventually be used against me as proof for willful neglect (as in, you can't claim you were oblivious of your tax obligations if you actually had the knowledge of how to check for your transcripts)
