As a Non-Uk Resident How can I collect requirement to open Stripe account?

Hi,
I need to open stripe account but they didn't support my country. I saw their requirement to open it.
Please can someone advise me how can I collect those documents

1. A tax ID in that country
2. A physical location in that country at which you are able to receive mail (cannot be a P.O. box)
3. A phone number in that country
4. A government-issued ID, such as a passport or driver's license, from any country
5. A physical bank account in that country (cannot be a virtual bank account), denominated in a supported transfer currency for that country.

• Should I use Vpn before and after registering?
• How can I get Number phone?
• How can I get Real proof address?

If you a company in a supported country. You can use your physical location as a UBO. This is fine by them
