Are these documents strictly necessary?

I have asked 4 companies to help with registration of offshorecorp in Belize they say all only passport and utility bill is fine no lawyer needed??!

Passport and utility bill is not mandatory to be notarized at all agents it's not hard to find agents accept simple copies 😉

The fun part is.. now they require even more depending on what bank you apply for account opening!
