Are there any restrictions for a Costa Rica offshore company to do Adult?

Does anyone know if there are any restrictions for a Costa Rica company to operate an online Adult business? Everything is totally legal nothing shady.

There are almost no restrictions, they are even allow to conduct financial services without license‌ or just some sort of light version of a license! Adult entertainment is for sure‍ no problem at all.

You get some sort of license in Costa Rica that allows you to trade forex‌ and sell other financial services 🙂

However, the license is not valid within the EU and‍ most other countries will refuse to accept it to be valid too!

I have a friend with a CR company in the Adult industry. He has been‌ there since 2001 no license required.

Adult Entertainment is really not a issue with a costa rica company same as for‌ many other jurisdictions then the banking for such business is the difficult part not the‍ company formation itself.

I just double checked with my friend, there are no restrictions at all in regards‌ to Adult business!
