Are you referring to www.paxum.com in Canada or www.paxumbank.com in Dominica?

They are the offshoot of paxum.com for non-Canadian client business. A lot of things they cannot do in Canada as an EMI they can use paxumbank in Dominica to do. The banking license I understand allows them a bit more freedom to offer loans etc....however I could be wrong. None of the services other than wires are available at present.
You just download and complete their docs and send them copies of it by email. Then if they give you pre-approval then you can︀ send them original notarized copies by post. They accept offshore companies.

Heard they cancelled all euro cards due to Wirecard Bank problems. Not sure how good their service is now 😕.
I was working with paxum for more than five years, but they banned me without investigation and lost 1000 USD approx(was a joke because I love more than 1 million USD during the active account time). Is good I think, this service lets get the payments of webcam studios in Colombia . I get all this payment in my personal paxum account and send a swift transfer to my personal bank account, take commission and pay for the studios. This was good but when they want ban u without reason just happen. i know a large list of webcams models lost money with paxum. They︀ have terrible support. The cards were blocked and change.
You should leave too much money on your paxum account if you have one. If you are forced to use paxum, you must use another EMI to withdraw it as fast as possible.
My paxum account was not closed but I wrote to paxum and I wanted to know the reasons why they close accounts. Most of the time, they close accounts following a purchase done via the paxum debit card.

paxum is mostly used in the adult scene. so if youre into adult and P**N you can be friends with them and then its good. I anyways still not like them because of lack of knowledge and support compared to the other EMIs. So i not recommend them.
How does Paxum manage their day to day business, are they reliable, any troubles or anything to report?
They don't accept any interactions with bitcoins.
