Anyone know WeSellCrypto bitcoin to paypal exchange?

I just found this provider WeSellCrypto they claim that you can buy up to $15 in bitcoins using your paypal account! And this without verification!

So far so good, when you click on "make a purchase" choose the bitcoin logo and enter your data here:

The field with the paypal e-mail address never gets green so you can click next and proceed!!

Does someone know what is wrong here?

Could one possible reason be that you signed up with a IP from a country not supported by this provider?

This sounds to go to be true! My wish would be that this works thu&¤#

Well, it don't even tell me if my IP is not accepted.. it looks to me like a SCAM or a system error or something fake!
