hubconsult.com and shareacompany.org are the same. They share/rent a company either in Bulgaria or Honk Kong.

I have difficulty finding anything by google. So anyone knows them?

No but read the link to figure out that the operations you posted may probably be scams and illegal anyway because of various KYC, AML and other restrictions.
