Anyone got a company in Nassau / Bahamas ?

Just wondering if anyone has succeed with it, I have heard alot of it and it looks like it is one of the best Tax Havens on this earth ?


Found a Offshore Company Service which claims they are able to to the company formation in the Bahamas, but the website scared me.

I checked before I decided to go with my Cyprus Company, however it isn't really‌ worth the effort to enter into a Nassau vehicle, it costs alot of money and‍ is difficult to find a reliable agent.

I know a few people which conduct business their, and they managed to get a‌ company registered through a company called morningstarnev.com, they only take clients on from reputated lawyers‍ in your own company.

Why not just get your company registered in and easy to register country like Cyprus‌ or even Panama ?!

Not Nassau but I know some people opened a HK corporation through some payment processor,‌ they got in deep troubles with their local tax authorities now.

The reason for why I wanted a offshore company in Nassau / Bahamas was the‌ privacy. Thanksfully I didn't go this route but decided to go with a New Sealand‍ and Seychelles IBC.
