Hello
My friend is a recruiting manager in a company in canada.
He do pay big amount of tax every year.
he asked me is there a way to pay less tax.
I have told him to open many accounts and distribute income over several accounts rather then 1.
I am looking for knowledgeable person who know and tell me how to save taxes

There is no way out of it unless you are speaking with an tax lawyer or accountant. They may know the loopholes to get your tax rate down and the tax to be paid. Sometimes there are options to have an overseas corporation where the country may have double tax treties in place.

There don't have any way to avoid taxes but proper lawyer or firm could help to decrease the tax amount finding ways.

Maybe get a professional to help you with your needs. Only professionals could handle something big as this. If you don't want to mess this up, get one as soon as possible 🙂
