Hello everyone, I am looking for advice on getting a crypto debit card.
I need‌ to cash out about 1000 euros every month, but I don't want to get caught‍ by tax regulators, asking me where I got it from. (It's nothing illegal, I mine crypto, but don't want to pay taxes lol). Anyone can recommend anything?
Oh, I am⁤ from Europe (Lithuania to be exact) if that matters.

poland has everywhere crypto atm's with no kyc for up to 60k pln

If you really have to hide € 12,000 per year, I doubt you will have‌ any problems with your country's tax authorities.
The limits for automatic checks by national tax‍ agencies in Europe are generally much higher (e.g. € 50,000).

Additionally, you might consider your country's tax system and try to consider that income as‌ non-taxable.

I'll give you an example: in Italy donations between individuals are not taxed. You‍ don't even have to declare them in your tax return.
In Lithuania certainly the situation is different, but perhaps you may find some similar loophole.

When you receive money via⁤ crypto there are no referrals, so you have a lot of freedom to use your⁣ imagination.

that is not correct......
Thats the poor claim of⁢ bitcoin belivers who have no clue that over 99% of all transaction can be traced︀ back.
The claim bitcoin is annonym is a false one making people belive they are︁ safe.
One of the tools which can add some privacy is something like chipmixer .︂
However as soon as you connect with the internet and make a transaction you leave︃ traces

That's amazing, I didn't know that! How does it enforce the limit,‍ since I assume you could just cash out multiple times 60k? Any particular city/atm that you recommend?

I didn't talk about anonymity.
I simply said that for small amounts (12,000 euros in⁢ a year) the automatic controls of the tax authorities do not take place.
So I︀ suggested that in these situations you don't need to find complicated systems to be anonymous︁

you may want to check out local bitcoin meetup groups - not sure if they‌ have them where you are - but if they do, you can trade in person‍ locally. if we lived near each other, id pay fiat for crypto with you since you are mining. Are you mining BTC?

Thanks, I will definitely be going to check it out after the shops‌ open. (Everything is closed due to covid)
I am mining ETH

BS, not‍ exactly like that in Germany, France, Spain, Italy etc.
Plenty of guys i know got letters of compliance for half that, usually they paid those (as they evaded way more⁤ 😛, nothing more followed). They all got them after some time, e.g. 2-3 years.

I call⁢ that half bulls**t.
A friend I know, Italian lawyer, told me it's true you don't︀ have to declare the donations in your tax return, but you still have to pay︁ a tax on the donations.
If it's between blood relatives there are low fees and︂ a tax-free exemption of like 1mln eur.
If it's not, then there's no exemption and︃ there's a fee to pay, like 6% of the amount 😵.
To call it a︄ donation it has to be declared as such by notary act.
If you give them︅ money by cash or wire transfer without declaring it, you will get in troubles for︆ this after a while.
e.g. he told me about wedding donations in cash/wires, that happens︇ frequently in Italy. The guests didn't declare them as donations and after years the married︈ couple got a letter from the tax authority for those undeclared amounts... they treated them︉ as if they were income... and had to pay taxes on that as they were︊ not registered as donation. 😱
Also the lawyer told me that the italian law doesn't say︋ the exact amount (donation between non-related people) over which taxes are due, but it says︌ something like "any valuable amount".
So it's a minefield even for lawyers. As sometimes 1k︍ is valuable enough, sometime is more.
long story short, they'll try to shaft you in︎ every way. it's more hellhole than you think.
