I have not personally used them as I never completed my application after approval. Based on feedback I have seen here it is just an EMI with a Dominica banking license. Yes you can send and receive wires and looks to be cheapest bank in Caribbean with SEPA payments possible I think via their use of wirecard bank in Germany as correspondence bank.
