Yeah:
TRANSCRYPT OU registered with the registration number 14453691 under the Laws of the Republic of Estonia. Licensed and regulated by the Financial Intelligence Unit under license number FVR000157 for providing services of exchanging a virtual currency against fiat currency and FRK000132 for providing a virtual currency wallet service and FFA000260 for operating as a financial institution.
Another one from Estonia, I'm not sure how they differ from Kraken or some of the many other platforms, don't used them yet. Do you know if you can withdraw to FIAT from them?
