Pursuant to the requirements of the Practice Direction just set out,︂ this is an order for committal made in respect of the defendant, Jonathan Henry Martyn︃ Harfield. The contempt comprises blatant failures to comply with orders made by the court. The︄ punishment for the contempt is a term of imprisonment of nine months. I shall issue︅ a warrant for committal accordingly.
