they're the worst customer support‌ and i tried to open an account and they're asked me for documents before 13‍ years old

Could you be more specific, please? I must admit, I do not understand well – what‌ do you mean by “documents before 13 years old”?
(If it is not clear, what‍ is wrong, it is very difficult to point at some alternative...)

Oh, well. Really interesting. I guess, it should have been something concerning the‌ source of funds, some old tax report or payslip or WTH – and you did‍ not comply because not having it already or not willing to share. Possible/understandable.
It means, you need a personal account (as Dukascopy do not onboard businesses, AFAIK) in a neobank⁤ that is not very inquisitive. I think it is an easier task than needing a⁣ company account. CIM Bank is a little bit inquisitive, AFAIK (but you definitely can try)⁢ and Wise even more - furthermore not being a neobank, just an EMI (personally I︀ would not recommend).
Nevertheless, there is a remarkable number of neobanks now, as I see.︁ The abovementioned list could help but many of neobanks limit their service to certain nationalities︂ or countries of residence. If you can share your nationality and residence, it would be︃ possible to narrow the list...

I'm from Egypt and i working as︄ freelancer, the problem is individual freelancer in Egypt don't have tax number so I can't︅ provide tax report and I've already provide dukascopy my source of funds. The customer service︆ now are the worst. So i need bank like dukascopy issue iban under my name︇ and accept funds from Poland

It means, you live in Egypt and‌ have Egyptian passport, correct?
Well, I must admit that perhaps all neobanks that I know‍ something about are demanding either EEA residence or nationality (or even both). 🙁
Do you really need a bank (with banking licence) – or, eventually, EMI would be sufficient?

I have no intention to⁢ be inquisitive, I am just wondering (and seeking some solution): But you do pay some︀ taxes (or not?). If yes, then I guess you must possess some proof that you︁ paid some amount derived from your income to government/municipality etc.; that can, after some explanation,︂ serve instead of “tax report“ with tax number etc. (it is, de facto, a tax︃ report...)

Sorry, I overlooked / did not take to account‍ this: Do you need to accept PLN (Polish zloty) or your partner in Poland can pay you in EUR (or USD)?

Wow. This is a remarkable problem, I am afraid. IMO you probably really need‍ a bank, as far – AFAIK – really not many EMI's is able to accept this currency (even not every bank does). I remember that Intergiro works with PLN and⁤ maybe some Lithuanian EMI's too... Of course, Wise (perhaps) does, as well as Revolut but⁣ I would never recommend these for a business purpose (too many frozen accounts in the⁢ past)...

OP you situation is too complex for a NEOBANK, EMI you need a real bank,‌ what is the reason for why you not simply open an account in your local‍ bank ?

Alternative would be to visit some banks for instant in Malta, Romania, Georgia, Cyprus - find a professional in each country first, ask them to help you open⁤ an account. It's not going to be free, but usually you look at fees around⁣ 1000 euro.

Banks in my country don't support receive polish currency.

Please advise︉ me, some emi didn't support Egypt

Unfortunately, you‌ hit the point – I have just checked, Intergiro does not onboard businesses from outside‍ EEA. Sorry. 🙁
Regarding Lithuanian EMI's, I must admit I am not so well oriented to give a targeted advice; but you can contact @Gediminas here on forum – https://www.offshorecorptalk.com/th...or-build-the-whole-corporate-structure.27864/. I do think he is pretty well founded in that (maybe too much advocating Bankera⁤ but there is probably some good reason for that 🙂 )

Well, if this is the only⁢ reason for not using a local bank... did you try to convince your Polish partner︀ to pay you at EUR or USD? I know the situation in Poland to certain︁ extent and frankly, I can hardly imagine a Polish company having business partners outside Poland︂ and not having USD and/or EUR accounts...

Or, if you have a possibility/opportunity to travel︃ to Poland – as far as I know (no personal experience), ~ 1-2 years ago︄ Millenium bank was opening accounts to foreigners without residence in Poland with no obstacles, if︅ they had a legitimate reason and nothing was shady (not remotely, personal visit with passport,︆ proof of address and supporting documents was necessary).

Dukascopy is personal account only right, they don't want business accounts?

You are welcome.
Search the forum, there are some useful threads dedicated‍ to this problem (https://www.offshorecorptalk.com/threads/alternatives-to-wise.34931/ as the example).
Generally, there are alternatives, perhaps even plenty; but it heavily depends on the location and nature of your business, nationality and residence⁤ of UBO('s) and currencies needed. If you can share this information, it will help.

I bet that the reason for this request was a match during the‌ database screening and you were asked for the evidence alternative to non-criminal record. In this‍ crazy compliance-driven world it's a common thing.
