Well it might not recognize FATCA but it's banks dealing with usd transactions do comply⁤ with FATCA regulations. It depends on bank to bank but the prices are rather very⁣ high not to comply. Check with banks in North Cyprus however best is to comply⁢ with US laws or simply renounce. That's the only option left unfortunately. Best is to︀ comply and live peacefully.

How do they deal⁠ with usd transactions? By the way wouldn't money getting in and out is difficult in⁤ that country or not ? For usd transactions they might be working with a payment⁣ service or third party banking channel making transactions a little expensive.
