Any country in EU that keeps private director records?

Is there any country between these ones listed that allow the director names of the company to remain private (off Google and various credit company report agencies) ?
WITHOUT using a nominee service.

Maybe Ireland and Japan but that's the only one I can think of, the rest I know for sure will publish your personal information one way or the other. Privacy is not possible any longer without nominees.

Ireland I think publish them. Is it possible to just hide the director address?
not necessarily the name.


Let's say I live in France, I open a company in ireland and I give them a virtual irish address, and then i pay taxes in France regularly for this company income, would that be a problem? (the address in the company as in Ireland and not france).
