Well, there are quite a lot of banks in the EU and Switzerland that‍ accept non-residents... Maybe you could be more specific at what do you plan to use your bank account for, and what kind of figures do you plan to transact through⁤ this account... and in the end you'd probably get much more relevant answer to your⁣ question.

Thanks for your reply , i was planning to open⁣ an saving account for my revenue made from P**N, so i will wire to this⁢ saving account from an Emi.

CIM is quite expensive (as most banks in Swiss are).

If you're a EU citizen‌ N26 or Bunq might be a much cheaper option and much easier to setup.

Depends on your country of citizenship. Some banks in Poland will take most EU citizens,‌ Ukrainian, Russians.

Non-resident in what? The EU or the country of the bank you want to open‌ the account in?

I had already been rejected by them , they dont accept revenue made from P**N, even i just Request an personal bank account !

s
you have two issues : depends on your passport if it 's‍ from some european country at least or european in origin , new zealand for instance b. I don' t think if you start pouring money in this account even in⁤ CIM there will not be any questions from where the source of money and what⁣ is your tax situation in your country
