Wouldn't work. Telegram requires smartphone device to register and if they decide to request you login through one (security, different IP, etc) on an already registered account, again you would need smartphone.

The method uses officially incentivized way - acquiring TON driving price up & ultimately having utility. I very much doubt they will change that any time soon.
