that is true, you can go the simple darks way and get it all sorted out nice and easily without big expenses.

Yes, have a few of such setups, works great with amounts below 30K a month.

I used Fineproxy to solve the problems like that one. Dedicated servers are great decision too but its much harder and you will need a lot of time to do it in practise. I paid about 100 bucks for a proxies package to perform a couple of such operations via PayPal and Banking.
