Hello all, I'm new to this forum and so far I have learned a lot and am really enjoying my time here. I hope that your replies help make my mentor membership worth it!

Here is my situation, I am based in the United States and have multiple online businesses that operate in a grey area and while nothing I'm doing is criminal, there is a concern of civil lawsuits. The best way that I know how to avoid lawsuits is to make finding out who to sue as hard as possible. With your advice I'd like to come up with a bulletproof strategy that makes it impossible.

I'm not interested in doing any sort of tax evasion.

I need to incorporate offshore anonymously, be able to accept Paypal anonymously, and I need someway to transfer money back to a real US bank account.

Here is the thing.. how far do you want the anonymity?

All someone would need to do is follow the money. If you happen to get an anonymous PP account, all an attorney would need to do is file in court with Paypal to see where they money in PP is going. Once they see it's a US Bank account, they file with the bank to get the bank holders info ( You ).

So are you trying to hide from an attorney, or just snooping eyes that might one day hire one?

BTW I am located in the US so I know this procedure pretty well. If you deposit your money into a US Bank.. someone can and will find out who you are IF they press hard enough. The money trail leads to you and they can get the info from Paypal since Paypal is US company located in the US.

Best bet for you is to hold your funds in an EMI with darks and be able to withdraw from ATM somehow and then put physical cash in your bank account if you need it in your bank account to cover debts.

Other members of this forum, if I am wrong please advice new plan for this member.

How are your PP accounts setup so far ?

I don't have a current setup. All of this is for a future venture, I'm more or less starting from scratch with this offshore thing.

Could you explain to me a bit more about how EMIs work for US residents? What's the best one to use? I'd hate to have to withdraw hundreds of dollars every day and I'm also not comfortable leaving hundreds of thousands of dollars in an EMI that's setup with darks.

If this is for the future venture, does that mean you haven't made money yet to be put into the offshore account?

If so, your worry about hundreds of thousands of dollars might not be a huge issue. It's not a crack at you, trust me it is not. I've just seen a lot of people go through something similar and then their business doesn't work out and all they did was worry too early about something that didn't come through.

Someone else might have some ideas about 100,000's of $$$ in EMI and getting it out without a bank account as a US citizen.

One thought I had was bitcoin. Putting it into bitcoin and then selling/exchanging out.

Someone else might have better options to give on it.

I was waiting for this to come up. I appreciate your concern but with the nature of this business I can't afford to set this stuff up after I'm already successful as that would defeat the point. Anyways, this isn't a discussion about whether or not my business will be successful.

Thanks for your help so far. If anybody else has any ideas about using EMIs as a US citizen, I'm all ears.

After doing some more research I think the best option for me would be to setup an offshore LLC in St Kitts. and Nevis with DARKS and get an accompanying EMI that works with 2Checkout. I can then use my current onshore company to bill the offshore company for software/services to move some money into US banks legally and pay taxes on that income. I need some money in the bank to pay debts and bills easier. I can also cash out money from ATMs for living expenses.

The dream would be to have an offshore bank account instead of an EMI but I don't think that is possible with DARKS, somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

Edit: Also, does anybody know of an EMI provider that works with 2Checkout?

Correct me if I'm wrong but why not setup a company in Delaware or Reno, Nevada where you can do business tax free ?

Nevis does not have any corporate tax, just like Nevada and Delaware. EMI providers like Advcash do not accept United States companies and I don't want to steal someone's identity to open an actual bank account.

Nevada and Delaware are great places to incorporate if you're doing business in the United States and want some extra privacy, but for my business it wouldn't be sufficient.
