Anonymous off shore bank account how to go about it?

I need to know how we can open a offshore anonymous bank account? How secure is the bank account and what offshore jurisdiction do we have to incorporate?

If you mean anonymous without KYC documents it will not be possible, even though some‌ users here on the forum say so I'm questioning it, for instant no one will‍ want to release the name of the offshore bank. If you mean anonymous where the⁠ sender or receiver is a offshore company then it is possible.

What Im looking for is a bank to open an account without providing passport copy‌ and utility bill! That's the only way it can eb anonymous.
