Anonymous debit card outsite of Europe?

Just wondering is someone can help with this or know a good and reliabel service outsite of Europe. I believe this is a hot issue towards the authorities so I might be better with a non EU solution.

I doubt if any debit card can be anonymous. After all, bank-issued cards have card numbers that can be tracked. If you are looking toward an anonymous account, you might want to see numbered accounts. The Swiss are the most reputable bankers as far as confidentiality of information is concerned.

You think it's still possible to get a anonymous debit card or even offshore account? I think the only way it's going to be possibl is with a GIFT card or any of these Virtual Credot Cards that you can apply for at Payoneer and similar services!
