Hello, I am looking for a solution about setting a company for my info-products biz.
My product are legit (eBooks and Courses), but I would like to protect my identity.m and also have lower taxes to pay. What I can do?
Target market is EU, so I have to remit VAT.
As payment processors, I use Stripe and PayPal, but I can also use something else.
I am wondering about UK with nominee, but what about banking and payment processing?
I also wondered about US Delaware company, but after some thresholds, VAT will be a problem.
Any solutions?
I also took in consideration to use MoR, but fastspring don't accept me. GumRoad, Clickbank and similar aren't suitable for me.
