Dear all,
I have european nationality, I live outside europe but I am the director‌ of european companies (not in the same country of my nationality).
I would like to‍ know if my company records loss (turns in deficit) what are the impacts and/or risks⁠ toward taxman?

I would really appreciate your inputs.

Depends on the laws of where you live and where the company is incorporated. Losses‌ can often be carried forward for the company (not for you) with some limitations. Whether‍ this works under a double taxation treaty, if you plan to invoke one, would require⁠ further study or advice from a local lawyer.
