Is it worth it, how difficult is it to complete and is it possible to open an offshore account for the company once setup?

Depends on what it is you want, as an alternative to the offshore jurisdictions we‌ have discussed here many times and to start a new business it's perfectly fine and‍ similar to other jurisidictions like Belize, Seychelles and so on.
