But Gibraltar belongs to the European Union so we will have to pay attention to it if some want to register a company there.

Good question, do you know if it is allowed to appoint nominees in Gibraltar at all? I assume they must be exempted from any tax liabilities if so or what do you think?

Gibraltar seems to be the most overlooked offshore jurisdiction by day! Why is that so I read somewhere that they have no benefits any longer offshorewise!
