Amex business for US LLC for non-residents

Hey guys, my friend told me that getting approval for Amex business for US LLC for non-US residents is easy.

Has anyone had any experience?

They require SSN or ITIN.

It's possible to get ITIN, but will I have any problems with the IRS if I do?

Amex is checking your US credit score history though when you apply for the business‌ checking account, it can be done with ITIN, I know someone who done it but‍ you need to have a significant US credit score.
