Altery closed my account

So after providing altery the source of funds from the country i am resident, they just closed my account.
Lucky me that i didnt send anything

Basically I have dual citizenship. The sof is from a cis country (not european union).‌
How do i transfer the funds into a european emi without any problems?
Should the‍ sof be translated to english by the way?
