Revolut, Paysera and ePayments along with Transferwise seem to be the only valid options for‌ business accounts that can be opened remote. Is that really true?

Worldfirst World Account is a viable Transferwise alternative with local bank accounts in many jurisdictions‌ (EU, USA etc.). Have a business bank account for a Cyprus business there.
Only problem:‍ No debit card and you can also not transfer small amounts out of it. It⁠ is more an account to collect your payments and payout to another companies account.
