Hey Guys,
Anyone know any alternatives to this: https://crypto.com/eea/pay-merchant ? It's basically a crypto->fiat gateway. Client pays in crypto, they wire me EUR.
I have an account there for one of my companies - it's been working great, payouts like clockwork and no problems at all. I submitted a request for another account for another company but it's basically gotten stuck in KYC limbo without them replying.

Do you need to request the payout each time, do you get your money instant or have to wait and what's their commission ?

It's scheduled in bulk once a week, or you can request at any time and it usually comes a day or two after to bank account. The commission is I think 1%, which I think is steep now seeing some of these alternatives being 0,5%. I've put mid 6 figures through it, typically with clients paying even 20-40k eur at once, and never once was asked for anything beyond the initial KYC. Once you actually get through the KYC it works great but this seems to take a while...
