Came across this on Twitter. Matter of fact, they only said Baruch Bank but this showed up on Google. Has anyone heard of this bank before? Is anyone here using it?

I don't know about scam but they're licensed in Vanuatu, which is an instant red flag for me.
The application forms are bilingual: English and Chinese. That tells you who their target clientele is.

why people always think if a bank is not from uk hk ch is automatic a scam?
the biggest scam was from cyprus , latvia , germany , us , and biggest scam of all is uk whe the emi are daily blocking millions thanks to their compliance, first the credit the funds than they ask docs , i think this is a bigger scam than this small banks in middle of no where, also this small banks will not risk their correspondent account for some small amount of money .
i think an offshore bank is good up to 500000 usd, for more funds i would b go for bigger banks , but than be ready for much more questions
