The central bank of comoros as no power on ajouan and moheli, the constitution guarantee‌ that each island manage their financial matters, the central goverment want to stop other island‍ but is not in their legitimate power , swift was issue from sometimes but now⁠ is difficult get it because swift requires at least 2 correspondent bank as reference.
I not say comoros lincese is not toilet paper , but also dominica cyprus , seyscelles⁤ , vanuatu etch worth no more than toilet paper at the end , the biggest⁣ fraud where in malta germany cyprus switzerland usa , i not see any big fraud⁢ in comoros also because only some crazy guy would put big money there
