Agency business. Where to establish a company?

Hi.
Need advice on company formation (agency).
What do I need: where to establish a company, where to open bank account.
The business: concluding simple agency agreement with the supplier of goods, then finding buyer (s) for the goods, forwarding buyer's contact details to the supplier. Next if everything is ok, they (supplier and buyer) conclude a contract, commission is to be paid to me. The end. As simple as that.
I DON'T REALLY BUYING/SELLING GOODS, JUST FORWARDING BUYER'S CONTACT DETAILS.
I want to keep things simple.
No much hassle with papers etc.
Hope you understand.

Setup a Seychelles or Belize corp with an EMI or if you need something that is trustworthy, setup something in Cyprus, Malta or even the UK and open an EMI account for the business.

It's a pretty straight forward process!

Can you please describe taxation % in case of establishing company in:
a - Cyprus;
b - Malta;
C - the UK?
And where to open a bank account? EMI has limitation and a lot of hassle, limits, etc
I'm not a resident of the US, or EEU
